ANIMAL REFUNDS OR CREDITS

UNLESS ALL TERMS OF ARRIVAL HAVE
BEEN MET. NO EXCEPTIONS!
1. All claims must be received via fax or e-mail within 12 hours
of arrival to be considered for refund or replacement. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Please include: name, address, date, time of
delivery, and reason for your inquiry.

2. All claim requests must also be submitted with photo
proof of death or severe injury within the first 12 hours
after delivery. No refund or replacement will be given without
photographic proof of death or injury. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. All refunds apply to the cost of livestock only. In no event
shall shipping and packing charges be refunded. All shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. All shipments that are refused at time of delivery will not
be refunded. Any shipments refused place the animal in
grave danger as they are not packaged for long term return
shipping.
5. We do not except animals shipped without authorization
for any reason.
6. Once your claim has been validated, you will be contacted
via e-mail with your choice of animal replacement or refund.
If you choose animal replacement, you will be shipped a
replacement animal of the same kind. Animal replacement
will only be offered 1 time. If you choose a refund, your credit
card will be refunded for the cost of your animal within 3-5
business days. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
